badam milk

Ingrident-:

1)    Milk- 1 liter

2)    Sugar- 1 cup

3)    Ilaychi powder- 4- 6 ps

4)    Kaju- 50 gm

5)    Badam- 50 gm

6)    Kesar- for garnishing

7)    Coconut powder for test

8)    Honey for test

Method -:

Sabse pehle hum milk ko achi tarah se boil kar leneg, fir use itni der tak or paka  lenege jab tak uska color halka pink  ho jae.

Or kuch kaju or badam ko 2 hour ke liye pani me bhiga kar rakhenge ,kaju badam ka gadha paste tayar kare ke liye use mixer me grinned karkenge , or kuch kaju or badam ko barik kat lenge.

Badam kaju ke paste ko ubalte hue milk me dal kar milk me ache se mix kare taki kaju or badam ki guthliyan na pade, milk ko kuch der tak or pakne de,  taki milk our  ache se pake or gada ho jae.

Jaise hi milk  gada gulabi color ka ho jae, garam milk ko thodi der ke liye  thanda hone ke liye rakhkar   usme ilaychi , kesar, honey and cococonut powdern milakar badam milk tahnda hone par  serve karenge.
