chhene ka rasgulla

 

Is baar ke festival  me meetha bahar se mangwane ke bajae kyu na ghar pe banae, jo ki bhot asan hai or bahot jaldi bhi ban jata hai…..

Ingredient-:     

1) Milk- 1.5 liter

2) Lemon- 2 pieces

3) Water- 1 liter

4) Arrarote- 2 table spoon

5) Sugar – 4 cups

Method-:

Sabse pehle hum milk ko boil karenge, fir use lemon juice ke dwara phadkar uska chenna banaenge, jaise hi milk ka chenna banta hai use ek cotton ke kapde se chankar uska paani alag kar lenge taki pani or chenna alag alag ho jae,fir us chenne ko acchi tarah paani se wash karenge taki chenne se lemon ki khattas hat jae,

fir chenne ko achi tarah nichod kar uska pani nikal le,fir us chenne ko thali me lekar 4-5 minute tak acchi tarah se p hette fir usme arrarote 2-3 table spoon milakar fir se use achi tarah se phette, fir uski goliya bana le choti choti gol gol, or dusari tarf hum ek taar ki chasni tayar karenge jisme hum 4 cup sugar or 2cup water milakar garam karenge jese hi chasni bna jae or boil hone lage hum usme rasagulle dal denge, fir use 15 minute tak dhank k pakne denge, fir 15 minute bad hum dekhenge ki chasni gadhi ho rahi  ho to hum usme thoda thoda pani add karte jaenge taki chasni patli bani rahe fir isi tarah hum ise 15 minute tak or pakaenge, or ab chenna achi tarah se full gaya hai ab ise or paka kar 12 se 15 ghante bad hum kha sakte hai…………..
