There are lots of thing available for us as our dietary source, infect in all of them they have lots of essential property to improve our beauty. If we take them as our regular meal even also we can use these dietary part as a face pack for our skin even also our body.
Now I am going to share some extraordinary property about Oats.
Oats, known scientifically as Avena sativa.
The oats is a seed, While oats are suitable for human consumption as oatmeal and rolled oats. One of the most common uses is as livestock’s feed. However, it is uncommon for ordinary people to consume them raw as animals do. Oats having lot of quality which always help to prevent our health . Oats is a soluble fiber, rich in globulin and legume like protein.
Today’s in our hectic schedule we don’t have time to do exercise , and taking care of our beauty. So oats is a good food source for solving all this problem and give as energy and strength.
So these are the property of oats, now I am going to share some homemade face pack which improve your beauty also.
Home Made Beauty Tips Using Oats:
Face Wash:
Mix it with a little warm water and then mix it until it looks a little soapy.
And then gently apply this paste on your face and massage this paste with your finger tip all over the area of your face.
Leave it on your face for 2 to 5 minutes and then wash it with cool water . Do this every morning or at night for better result.
Moisturiser and Mask To Reduce Wrinkles:
Take approx 1 tsp of oats,
Add 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp olive oil and
1 tbsp yoghurt
Mix all this together and gently apply this mixture on a clean face. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash it off with cool water.
For a better result do it in the night or morning.
Face Scrub:
Take 1 tsp of oats
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of honey.
Mix all this together then Scrub your face with this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Oatmeal Bath:
Take ¼ cup of powdered milk
2 tsp of honey
Mix these thing properly then put it in a tiny bag (preferably muslin cloth). Now hang this bag under the tap. So when you fill your bath tub/bucket for shower , running water disperses the goodness throughout your bath.This is one of the best use for your skin to rejuvenate.
Banana Bread and Oats Mask:
Take ½tbsp a mashed banana,
2 tsp ground oats, milk or cream, a pinch of nutmeg and
2 tsp of whole wheat flour
Mix all the thing and make paste-like mixture.
Gently apply this mixture on a clean face and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with a cool water and pat dry.
Stress Relieving Mask:
Oat is very useful for relieving from stress and exhaustion. You just need to have an Oat bath or apply a oat face pack .
For face pack take
spoonful of oats into a warm water
1 tsp honey and
1 egg white.
Mix all this properly and gently apply this mixture on your face, leave it for 15-20 minute , wash with cool water.
General Skin Problems:
Oats can also be used to treat many general skin problems like acne, dryness etc.
2 tbsp oats,
1 tsp baking powder
Mix this tow thing with enough water to make a thick paste.
Apply this paste on a regular basis to avoid skin troubles.
I wanna aware some those people how having irritation from many thing like baking soda and certain other ingredients as becouse baking soda cause some chemical reaction
So I am recommending you do a skin test before using certain ingredients on your skin, Rest of the ingredients are safe to use as these are natural. Simple kitchen ingredients are just another step to beautiful, glowing skin.
