louki ka halwa

 

Incredient-:

1)    Louki – 200gm

2)    Sugar –  200 gm

3)    Kaju –    50 gm

4)    Badam- 50 gm

5)    Ilayachi

6)    Kishmish

7)    Pista

8)    Khowa

9)    Sudh ghee

Method-:

Sabse pehle louki ko achi tarah  paani se dho kar use chilkar louki ko  grate kar lene,  louki ka sara pani nichod kar grated louki ko  pan me ghee dal kar ache se bhune jaise hi louki bhun kar halki pak jae usme milk dalkar, louki ko  thoda or pakae jab tak louki puri tarah se pak na jae or redish na ho jae.

 Louki ko tab tak pakaenge jab tak  louki ka sara milk sukh na jae, jaise hi louki se sara dudh such jaega usme hum sugar or khowa milkar louki ko achi tarah mix karenge.

Mix krte smay ye yad rahe ki louki me khowe ki guthliyan na pade, fir use halke hatho se 15 – 20 minute tak pakaenge jab tak sugar or khowa louki me achi tarah se mil na jae or louki puri tarah se pak kr redish na ho jae.

Jaise hi louki sugar or khowa ache pak jaenge khowe ka ghee  alag najr ane lagega , fir hum isme ilaychi powder or kaju badam barik kate hue milkar garma garm serve karenge.
